"My home has two a/c units and the smaller of the two decided to stop working last night. It wasn't a crisis situation since it only affected the master bedroom and bath. This morning I contacted Lin-Air and was happily surprised when I was able to get someone to come out within three hours for the repairs. Considering it was a Saturday and a holiday weekend, I expected to hear I'd have to schedule a service call for Tuesday at the earliest. Roy arrived and quickly determined it was a bad capacitor and took care of the issue quickly and also did a courtesy check on the larger a/c unit that was running ok. We also discussed the possibility of replacing this a/c system since it's more than 15yrs old now. He was very receptive to answering all my questions and didn't try using any scare tactics to push me into buying a new system right away. He was open and honest with me about potential problems I might start experiencing given the age of the units. He also explained to me when a better time of the year would be to invest in a new a/c system that would offer better pricing. I appreciated Roy's candor and honesty with me. He's a very personable, nice fellow who I would entrust with my future a/c needs. This was the first time I have used this company. Lin-Air met all my expectations and then some for this holiday weekend. I would recommend them at this time based on their quick response time, professionalism, and seemingly fair price.

"I've just slammed Zerorez only to learn that the company that scammed me was only posing as Zerorez and not actually Zerorez! When the owner of Zerorez saw my post he immediately got a hold of me to make things right and shared with me that he did not even have a service Technition named Daniel! He told me that he is getting calls on a daily basis of a company posing as Zerorez and he gave me a $100 gift certificate for the next time I needed my carpet cleaned,,,surely not a company / person who would have treated me so poorly! I was scammed and it was NOT by Zerorez. Please disregard my earlier post that claimed Zerorez was a bad company...The only bad company that was bad was the company POSING as Zerorez

"Troy went ABOVE AND BEYOND when he came to clean our huge sectional and family room carpet. From having kids, the carpet had its fair share of spills and so it did not smell the best. And our sectional... A complete mess. I wasn't expecting for anyone to get out all of the stains but Troy succeeded!! And for the smell in the carpet - completely gone! His work was exceptional and I will continue to use him!! I would highly recommend him to anyone. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the work that was done!

He provided accurate and reasonable estimates for the work, did an outstanding job, and was willing to listen to what I wanted and worked with me to get it done. Others who bid the work only wanted to do things their way and would not consider how I would like things to be done. Brad was able to connect the carriage lights to the timer for my front porch light so all come on at the same time. He installed the lights through the garage attic when others wanted to put metal conduit pipes all over the garage walls including to an outlet. He was able to install motion lights where I wanted on the sides of my home low enough so I can safely change bulbs. He was prompt, explained procedures thoroughly, cleaned up after his work, and was very easy to work with.
