Jeremy was out of town when I purchased my deal, so we had a few misses on connecting and getting things scheduled. Jeremy was friendly and courteous, took care with my furnishings and did an excellent job.

he was on time, very helpful, did the work, explained what he had done and gave me an estimate on having the heating ducts done later. (I asked for the estimate, but didn't have time to do it then) I will call them back to do it.

It was awesome! My dryer failed to dry my clothes and I thought the dryer was the problem. When I contacted another Angie's List recommended appliance repair company, the gentleman stated I should first pull the dryer away from the wall, remove the duct, and check to see if the dryer blew air out...it did. He then recommended Indoor Air Solution to fix the problem. And since IAS had cleaned my air vents, I knew the type of work he did. He came out and not only cleaned my dryer ventilation, but he replaced the bent/over flexed dryer hose with one that was recommended for its ability to maintain its shape.

I purchased the service special. He missed the day we had scheduled because he forgot to put it in his book. He came out the next day and he was delayed, though he informed me that he would be late because he had back pain and went to the doctor. I was surprised that he left without telling me he was done.
It's hard to rate the quality of the work he did, but I felt I paid $75 for nothing.
I understand he was having back pain and having issues, but it was an overall odd experience. He missed an appointment, was late for the next one and then left without going over what he did to me. When I contacted him later, he told me he was kind of embarrassed and said he'd give me a free service when I'm next due, in 2-3 years.
I'll pass on using this business again. I did get the sense he is honest but i ultimately don't think I got any value for my money and it was laughable that he said he'd give me a free service in 2-3 years. I can't wait to call and ask for that. I got no receipt or anything.

"Hi This is Jeremy I appreciate you writing me an honest review , I am back on my feet and got released to work from my injury I appreciate your understanding, I ended up in emergency room 2 days after I came to your home due to the pain. I found out one of my vertebrae collapsed from my old injury , I probably should not have been working in the first place but I had to work. I was able to work and was able to clean your entire dryer vent properly and thoroughly even though in pain , it was when I was setting the ladder up to get on your roof and loading it back on van that I really made things worse with my back which put me in tears. I personally apologize and totally understand where you're coming from . As far as resolution ideally I would like to come out weather next week or next year and get fresh start and go through the entire service process from beginning to end properly with you. I have never been in such a situation and I was not sure how to handle it and I do now realize I did not handle properly nor professionally by leaving after all the work was completed. If you feel the actual work / dryer vent cleaning was not performed properly and thoroughly I will gladly come out and do it again for you just to ensure you it was done properly and you were not ripped off or feel like you wasted money and or I took your money. This used to be a vacation home for us. So, when we were out on vacation we had them come out. At that time they just checked over everything and charged us for it. Then they told my husband that for $75 we could prepay a service charge at a future date. So he did that because that was a good buy. Last week, we had them come back to do a service on the air conditioning. Because it's prior to summer time and now that we've moved out, we wanted to make sure that everything was fine. So they went through everything and said everything was fine and then when they were ready to leave they said, "Oh, yeah. This part is not working efficiently. If you don't replace it, the motor will die out." We had prepaid $75. This part was $140. Because I'm in a position where I can't do anything about it and I want to make sure that my motor doesn't burn out I said, "Sure. Put it in." But, I kept the old part and when I have an opportunity, I'm going to check it out to make sure that it was deficient. I want to make sure that they did put in a new one. At this point I'm very suspicious. I hate this bait and switch. I'm not sure whether to trust them or not. I felt like I was bait and switched.

I was hired to do your Air Duct Cleaning, and was able to do all at one time, there were no additional charges and or additional work was performed beyond what you pre -purchased through Angies List. Also there were no hidden and or additional fees. Upon completion of my service . we do not charge for service calls also. I am going to submit this review to Angie's List and request it be removed, and would really appreciate it once fixed you can write us a honest appropriate review based off my company and work performed. Jeremy and another technician found years of build up in the duct. They also discovered that the vent door on the outside of the house had been stuccoed shut when the house was built. They were very polite and helpful in spite of the giant mess that was recovered from the dryer and the duct .
