Brandon did an excellent job. He arrived as scheduled. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Took time and patient with us explaining his assessment. He perform the work with consideration for the property and eft everything clean. The results have been amazing. You can actually smell the clean air. We should have done this much sooner, but will definitely stay on a yearly schedule is that we have seen how amazing it is.

First, this is long overdue. Service was early 2018 but they were terrific. On-line special for cleaning the air vents etc. for house. (I added some extra work on them after the initial walk-thru and paid for it). They were prompt, professional, service minded and were honest in assessment. I will hire/request them again.

It was much more expensive than we anticipated. Since I have allergy problems and it appeared that the ductwork had never been cleaned, we had them do everything suggested. It was completed very rapidly, and I’m disabled and could not see if the work was actually done. They took pictures and promised to send them to us, but we never received them. They were also suppose to send us a detailed invoice of all that was done and that was also not received.

"Thank you for your review. The price varies, and we give complete breakdowns of the cost before we provide the service. Which is something the customer must agree on first. We go to every vent throughout the home and clean the actual Intakes lastly along with the furnace. The time it takes for completion does not take away from the quality. We do not take advantage of anyone and do complete work for all customers. We do not send invoices to customers. We provide them with a physical copy that you sign once the service is completed. Sending the pictures was a mistake on our end that fell through the cracks."

They did an okay job, but I was expecting more to be done on the actual vent system rather than just a cursory vacuum. Have to give them credit though for finding a bird's nest in the dryer vent.

Alicia & Brandon arrived promptly and, despite minimal debris left behind and more out-of-pocket cost than expected, they did a superior job and would hire them again. Very nice people who also took the extra time to explain costs and how to put on a Flexi-Coil on my smashed in dryer. Brandon cleaned the dryer vent from outside the house and did a wonderful job cleaning my furnace. Highly recommended!

I bought the coupon on Angie's List for up to 15 ducts. We have 14 ducts, so it worked out perfectly. They also cleaned our cold air returns and sanitized them. Brandon and Alicia were simply outstanding! They could not have been more professional, kind or thorough. I would highly recommend them and Allergy Alliance in general. Everything was explained up front, with pictures and video. They didn't sell us the furnace cleaning because we didn't need it and they explained why: because our newer Maytag units are sealed (and they're maintained by Silver State twice a year). I really appreciate the honesty. Used to be one could take that for granted, but not any longer. Brandon is a straight shooter and that's admirable. I'll hire them again. In fact, this is the only company I'll call for duct cleaning from now on, coupon or not.

Brandon and Alicia were great! We were sneezing and coughing, so I decided to buy a Groupon for duct cleaning from them. They went in took photos and gave us an estimate for everything that needed done and it was far beyond what the Groupon would cover. I could see that the ductwork and motor were a mess, the intake vent was yellowed and churning up dust, it looked like a three pack a day smoker had lived here. Rather than pressuring us to spend more right then, Brandon encouraged us to see if our landlord would pay the difference since a cleaning would extend the life of the heater motor. Landlord said no, so we paid for it ourselves and still couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. Brandon and Alicia were very professional and did a wonderful job. No more coughing and sneezing around here!

It went well. I had to get whole package to get cleaning sanitizer because of recent heart surgery to get whole house in order and employees were very professional knowledgeable and pleasant. It was additional charge but I believe was worth the price .

It was ok but felt that I was supposed to be getting more then what they did. They came in and cleaned the vents according to the deal but I thought they would be cleaning out the dryer but the just took of the dryer vent hose and blew air through it. Then they left and didn't reattach the dryer hose nor place the air filter screen back on. Felt like the focus was more on the up-sale, which is understandable.

Well. I have a fairly large house and the total cost for all vents was acceptable. They were very professional and provided a full inspection, including video of the main ducts and system in the attic. The process went well, with no mess.

Read the fine print. Immediately needed add on services. Banged up walls with equipment. Had to call them back to put laundry door back on right. Now it’s time to turn furnace on and it wouldn’t come on. Lucky for us our neighbor is a contractor and checked it out for us. Found the switch on the furnace was turned off. This would have cost us more money.
