During the research process Johnathan was very open and helpful, this made us feel comfortable with choosing his company/product. The truly exceptional part of this was that the playset we ordered was in high demand and therefore "back ordered". Johnathan knew our situation and he came up with the solution to install a temporary set while we waited for the set we wanted. We had promised our girls a play set for some time and had to make good on that for this summer. The crew from Backyard Adventures of Indiana came out and installed the set right where we needed it and we were thrilled. When the backordered parts came in they came back out and basically upgraded the set to the one we had ordered. From a customer service stand point my wife and I could not have been more impressed with Johnathan and the entire compnay. - Carmel LandscaperThe project went great. I only wish that we could have done it all at once, but Carmel Landscaper did a great job of working with us to divide the project into affordable jobs. The most important thing was for us to get a playset operational for our kids. We just had the new playset built where the previous owners had their playset. The outline and shape didn't match our playset, but Carmel Landscaper made it work for the first part of the project. The second phase of the project involved completely re-doing the "bed" of the playset so that it matched the outline and usage of our playset. We had rubber safety mats put down and covered with rubberized mulch. We did this to keep the area mud free. We had some unusable space behind the playset that we made into a sandbox. It was important to us that it be part of the play area as a whole and it be big enough to have our three kids and friends be able to play at the same time - (I believe the playset took about between two and three tons of play sand). Since we live in a neighborhood we didn't have any real place for a garden. We had a garden planter box put in along the fence coming from the playset. It is about 24 ft long x 3ft wide. The best part was Carmel Landscaper's idea to a sprinkler system in the planter box for watering. Now, all my wife has to do is attach the hose and turn the faucet on

My driveway is huge, and needed specific engineering to get the grade, slope, and drainage just right. The result is perfection. "Family Leisure installed our inground pool 2 years ago and after the first winter we noticed several ripples in the pool liner. The 2nd summer it turned into bigger bubbles and ripples and the liner looked awful. One call to Corey, in-ground pool supervisor, and he and the manager, Billy Muffler, came out to inspect. They determined that it appeared to be a faulty liner. The liner company would not accept fault, however Mr. Muffler told us that was not the workmanship that Family Leisure represented and they replaced our in-ground liner for FREE! This clearly was not the norm for one of their liners to bubble to this extreme, but they stood behind their quality of work and made it right for our family! Our experience was great and we love our new liner! A huge thank you to both of these men and the company. We would highly recommend Family Leisure for anyone looking to have an in-ground pool installed!!!
