    Not only was DFW Improved on time for an estimate appointment, they were more thorough than any other contractors I met with. They made sure to point out areas of concern that were not obvious to me and were very professional and friendly. DFW Improved was able to adress ALL repair issue for my water damage, walls, ceilings, roof, floors, trim and molding, texture and painting. I did not have to deal with multiple contractors and bids. all service technicians were prompt and professional, at times I had to leave my home while they worked and had no issues with security of my home. The roof replacement took just over 3 days (we have a very large and complex roofline) and their was no debris left behind, no damage to my landscape. I was called as soon as the final interior repair was made and asked to walk through and list any areas I was unhappy with. There were none, the work was exceptional. I will use DFW Improved again

    The AV Team was punctual, professional, courteous, friendly, and informative. I was very comfortable with Robert, and trusted his expertise. He gives the job his all. The only problem I have had is that only one television is picking up signals instead of both televisions in the house and some channels on that receptive television are no longer accessible. By installing the antenna in the attic rather than outside, the idea was that the antenna would never turn on its own, so it is mysterious as to why only one television is receiving any signals. Aside from this, however, my experience with this company has been a very satisfying one, and I would recommend the AV Team to anyone over any other company. This one takes the cake

Connecting the A/V amplifier and the loop amplifier required addition time because it's an uncommon task.. However, the technician completed the tasks and did not charge us for it.
