He is a great guy who has been with us for over 20 years. He was one of the original people that installed the satellite dishes that were the size of a house. He has been doing that forever. I bought my husband an outdoor TV that we put on the outdoor fireplace for Christmas when we were going to have parties and all the ice and stuff before that, he promised me that he would get that up. He came out on Saturday and worked 8 hours, and this was recently. He worked into the night to get that TV up. When he makes a promise, believe me, it's there. We had to have copper poles put in. It was quite an extensive stuff that he had to do. He also had to get up the attic and we have 20ft. ceilings, it was quite an ordeal and he was reasonable. He is honest and if he says he's going to do it then he is going to do it and do it on time. The only reason he couldn't do it before that is because he couldn't get out of his driveway because of the ice. He installs stuff with Direct TV but he is not one of their people, but that's what he does. He doesn't do dish stuff only the TV stuff.
