  The first problem was they had to reschedule my appointment twice and it was up to me to contact them when they didn’t inform me of the delays. Then when they finally showed up their employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. And the. After they left I discovered massive damage they did to the ceiling in my garage when accessing the attic. Now after trying numerous times to get some compensation for the damages they are giving me the complete runaround. The manager I was told to email wasn’t even in the office. Then the next day when I finally spoke to her she said she had to talk to the owner and call me back. She promised a call back by noon. I called around 1:30pm and was told she was at lunch. I called back around 3:30pm and was told not only had she left for the day but she was on vacation next week. RIP OFF ARTISTS! Do not ever use them

  Called the day before service and Charles gave me a price I asked him why his price was higher than all the others. He explained to me all that he does that’s more than the others do. I went ahead and went with him. He seemed to give me attitude when I told him I didn’t want the new vent for an additional $250. He cleaned the vent then got on the roof for a couple minutes and checked the vent. He asked me to read him the card number to charge me. When he gave me the receipt it was $14 over what he had quoted me. I questioned it so he told me he would refund it back to the card. He only refunded part of it. I didn’t notice before he left or I would have questioned this but part of what he claimed was part of the cleaning was going in the attic and checking the vent. He never even opened my attic door

  I contacted the people at Zarpure as I needed my chimney inspected. They sent a technician and provide a free quote on the work that was needed. Their technician, Marco, explained the work in details, providing photo evidence to support what he was explaining. I received the quote via email later that day and was able to confirm what I wanted done online. They called me back 2 days later to schedule the service. On the day, the job was completed as expected and with great professionalism. Chimney sweeping can be messy but they protected my place and cleaned after them. My only criticism is with time management. On both visits (quote and service), the technician was late. Other than that, I'd happily recommend anyone to use their services

  The chimney sweep barely peeked at my vent from the fireplace. And said all was good nothing needs to be done. Total of under 5 mins, including bringing in the tarp and setting it up etc. He proceeded to charge $85 for the inspection. Then I asked him if there is nothing else to inspect. He said there is nothing. Then I asked him to atleast check the chimney. He just walked to the backyard and eyeballed the chimney from a distance and said all is good. Thats it. No climbing up the ladder to inspect the chimney. He did not even look at the chimney from multiple angles. Nothing. I spoke to a neighbor who had a chimney inspection, where the inspector climbed up to the roof to really inspect the chimney. I felt the person who did my inspection barely did anything and was in and out under 5 mins, and charged $85 for it. The only useful thing from the visit was he answered some of my questions on how to use the fireplace

  Our technician, Adim, was very polite and conscientious while in our space and also working on cleaning our air ducts. Very positive energy and pleasant to have in our home. Very clear and precise. He explained his process each time we asked and was open to many of our questions (especially since this was our first home cleaning since purchasing it a few months ago). When he learned that my partner was going to have a procedure the following day and that he was feeling unwell, Adim offered to pray for him that it went well.   Officially a no-show! I booked my appointment for a Saturday. My schedule changed, so I called and left a message to call me back so I could reschedule. No one returned my call, so I adjusted my schedule so I could keep the original appointment. Then, I received a text to confirm an appointment for Fri. (the day before). I called them and told them that no one returned my call so I did not schedule another appointment. The man on the phone said they had confused me with another person who wanted to reschedule. He apologized for not returning my call and assured me that the original appointment was still set. Saturday came and no one showed. I called twice, left messages, texted, and contacted them through their website. No one answered the phone or returned my calls or texts. I never heard from them
