  They are excellent. I had nothing, but problems with my phone system and my phone company said that they could not fix it and walked away. The came in and fixed the old system and installed a new system. They are professional and I like them. They did not charge me when they replaced the battery on the system because they considered that as part of their service. They also replaced the intercom box at the front door and they came 6 or 7 times because it did not work, but he charged me only for the first time. He said that if we don?t fix it the first time, we don?t charge you for all those times afterwards and I thought that was remarkable. I haven?t encountered anyone like that in today?s world. He did some emergency repairs & went over the whole system with me.   These are FIRST CLASS folks. Ms Evelyn Strader who managed the account process was prompt, forthcoming and responed to our emergencies THE SAME DAY within hours. She and her onsite person, Dave Smith, who had to travel some distance, helped us to sort out our issues and to fix them. They worked cloesly with our other vendor and with a variety of third party carriers and a variety of our staff. We intend to use them long term. They could have taken cheap shots at the other fellow, who is their competitor but they did not. They worked closely and hoenstly wtih us and the other vendor and actually helped me to confim that our issues were facilities based (carrier issues) and not in our software nor with the other vendors installatioshow more

  I have tech support from Apple. I have had Geek Squad come out to do tech setup. My reasoning for contacting Tek Sos was for a more personal relationship and be able to establish a rapport with them. I left several messages with Tony at the beginning. Finally weeks later a female answered and setup the appointment for May 27th. He arrived ontime. He spent about 45 minutes or so explained setting up a Apple computer with TV. Things went south after the consolation. He was going to swipe my credit card on his laptop and he said his laptop wasnt working. He asked if there would be another method of payment. I ended up paying with a check. As we were walking out I handed him my ipod touch. I told him to be very careful. He put it in his briefcase and said it would be done within 3 days. I called him a week later and left a message trying to find out where my ipod was. Days and weeks passed and still couldnt get in touch with him. Then all of the sudden I tried and someone answered. Then to find out that Tony packed up and went to Key West. Finally got in contact with Tony and got hung up on. The police escorted us to the storefront, there were just boxes and no idea what was being sold there. They are criminals and the police have been contactedshow more
