Sobellas took back the new ice maker. The PC board (which includes the computer and relays) was ordered. Sobellas gave me the credit for the ice maker and invoiced me for $64, or a total of $364 for the pc board repair and parts. Professional support by Sobellas dispatch, including timely callbacks with the tech, Rudy Martinez, who would call prior to arriving 1 hour before. Overall friendly and professional performance. I will recommend them for other work or to other people

- The Appliance DoctorRepairman came out and evaluated the dishwasher. Said it needed a new drain pump. I pulled out the schematic so he could look up the part number but he said he didn't need to see it because he had the model number of the dishwasher. He said he would get a quote together and give me a call. I paid him for a service call and he left. He called a day or so later with a quote and I told him I would talk to my husband and call him back. My husband and I agreed to the price and he said he would order the part and be in touch when it came in. The part came in and we scheduled him to come out to our place on a Friday between 11-2 since my husband would be home from work. He never showed up nor did he ever call. I called the main office and they said they would have him call me. He finally called and said he couldn't make it.....it was now 5pm and he was over 3 hours late. I told him he would have to come out the next morning early because we already had plans. He showed up and had the wrong part. He had ordered the circulation pump instead of the drain pump. He tried to tell my husband that I had not allowed him to see the schematic so he could get the right part. He finally admitted to him that I had offered and he had declined to look. So he said he would order the correct pump and let me know when it got there. He called the following week and I scheduled him to be there again on a Friday between 8-10 so my husband could be there. He showed up on time but HAD THE WRONG PART AGAIN!! He had a drain pump for a totally different make and model of dishwasher. Finally my husband told him that we would not be needing his services and asked him to leave. He had the nerve to insinuate that somehow we owed them MONEY! My husband kindly told him that we wouldn't be paying for a thing and showed him out. I would not recommend these people to ANYONE! The end result is we still have a broken dishwasher after messing with this guy for over 3 weeks! And we are out the money from the service call
