  On the day the provider was supposed to call back he did not he called the following day to apologize that he did not call or show up. We rescheduled and he came out to balance the door and take measurements for the new storm door. We all verbally agreed that that we would purchase the door over the weekend and that he would come the following Monday. Again he did not show up but called to say he was under the weather and again planned for him to show up on Tuesday. On Tuesday May 23rd he came to install the door and he did admit that it took him longer than he thought it would. However he said that he ran into some problems. There was a gap at the top of the door at a slant about an inch and a half wide to two inches wide and the door handle he said had to be put backwards so as not to interfere with our wooden doors’ handle. When I arrived home to see the door I was very upset, but left the door as it was. Upon inspecting the door again the following Thursday May 25th I knew the door had been installed incorrectly and as I searched for the box the door came in realized that there were many parts that were left unused. So I looked up a video on how to install along with the installation manual and saw that the door was not installed correctly. On that same Saturday May 27th we took the door down and as we disassembled the door we saw the damage the provider had done to the door itself. The door was mangled from not using the proper tool to drill the holes for the door handle. We ended up taking the whole door along with the frame off and redoing the whole thing again. We were able to correct the gap at the top of the door and the door handle was put in correctly with no interference with our wooden door. The place where the door handle is now has lost integrity since the holes were not drilled correctly in the first place and from where we drilled to correct the problemshow more

  The two young men that came out to my home were both professional and friendly, they were polite and respectful of my property. They both knew what they were doing and went about there jobs without interruption, they didn't even stop for lunch. They removed and replaced 7 windows and one door all in one day. My technicians were Leon and Domenic, they cleaned up all the debris and vacuumed and even cleaned the windows and door when they were finished. They removed and discarded all the old windows and doors. The price is high but the quality is fantasticshow more

  We contacted no less than 6 contractors for our project and interviewed 5. Many of them would only do part of the project or failed to even complete the estimate process. Danny at DR construction stood out for his honesty and timeliness. I even cold called two previous clients and both had high praise for his work. His estimate was fair and in the end the work was great. Contracts were utilized and all changes were tracked. Disbursement schedules were set which gave us piece of mind and it worked out great for us that he offered financing. Danny’s pride in his work was evident through out as the few concerns we had were already on his radar before we told him and he was very hesitant to let anything that was not high quality go unchecked. The master bath was essentially gutted to the studs and shower had to be reframed due to poor initial builder construction resulting in some rot. This project involved new floor tile, new bath, new cabinets, new glass shower enclosure, quartz countertops, painting and custom barndoor install. Danny was responsive and handled all subcontractors. He was flexible with schedule when we needed it and we always felt comfortable with the workers. We were grateful for the assistance and honesty with design choices by Danny’s partner and wife Marie. In the end we are very satisfied and confident Danny will still help us even though the job is complete. When we are ready for our kitchen remodel we will call DR Construction again.   Excellent job! Had to wait for some parts to be ordered, but work was done in a professional manner. In addition, all staff/workers were polite, punctual and respectful of my personal space and items. I also felt safe when workers were in my house while I was at work.   Daniel and his crew Miguel and Victor were friendly but professional at all times during the completion of the asked for repairs. This included scraping and retexturing of the water damaged dry wall on ceilings and walls. One area in our garage required the replacement of a portion of the dry wall sheet before texturing and painting. Daniel was very careful to match the new paint applied on the repaired areas with the existing paint on walls & ceiling. When the job was complete there was no visible trace of where the damage had been. We asked Daniel if his crew could repair a bifold closet door that I was unable to get to stay on its track with full expectations that it would be an additional cost. Miguel was able to fix it at no additional charge because it "was a minor fix". The work took a day and a half as promised and his crew cleaned up at the end of the first day and again when they were done. I would hire DR Construction again in a second and will be recommending them to friends and family alikeshow more

  I'm normally hesitant with contractors in my area. I have used several and Danny has been the best by far. We had several issues with our homes exterior. Danny came and looked over everything and provided me with honest feedback, price estimate, approximate start and end date. What stood out the most with him was his professionalism throughout all of our interactions. His staff follows his professionalism and takes the time to ensure every detail is taken care of.
