  Everything went extremely well. Brian contacted me right after I reached out to him. He was very polite and professional. I didn't know whether the gutters needed to be repaired or replaced. I had gotten an earlier quote for "replacement" at a cost of $1800+. So, I was relieved to know that the gutters only needed cleaning and minor repairs. I saved over $1500, so I am estatic.   At first, I was upset due to some scheduling issues (they came on the wrong day). However, I agreed to let them do the work that day. Even though I wasn't prepared to have them come, I was impressed with the work. Any questions I had that day, they were happy to answer. The crew was polite and knowledgeable. The owner called and apologized about the confusion and gave me a discount. He also gave me some spouts at no charge at all.   This summer it was time to maintenance our gutters. The sales reps I dealt with were very nice. Randy in particular was very knowledgable and professional, and answered any questions and special requests that I had. The crew was very quick on the cleaning, sealing and install of the leaf guards. The leaf guards are the best looking that I have seen.   Lesson learned the hard way: It's almost been a year since the big storm that hit parts of the Dallas area on 6/9/19. Straight line winds hit up to 85 mph in some areas. One area hit hard was our neighborhood in Lake Highlands. As clean up began the next day, it was evident that every house on our street was going to need a new roof. The door knockers offering discounts for new roofs were out in full force. One got my neighbor and I was invited over to the conversation. The next thing you know, paperwork was signed and a new roof was completed. Fast forward almost one year later: After the rainy season this spring began, I started noticing leaks appearing on the inside of our home. Instead of going back to the 'door knocker', I called up Scott Exteriors. A local Lake Highlands roofing company. The owner, Kirk Scott showed up the next day. After examining the work that had been done, it has been determined NONE of the flashing around all of our exhaust fans on the roof had been flashed correctly. Furthermore, the gutters were not hung correctly which has already caused water damage in the form of wood rot. The next day Scott Exteriors solved all of our problems with the roof. I can not recommend Scott Exterior's enough for all of your roofing needs. Get it done right the first time, and you will save thousands down the road. Next day Patrick arrive on time and after detail inspection, including climbing around in the attic, located leak source.
