It went amazing!! Andrea is super professional, very articulate, and has a natural eye for design. The process went over extremely smoothly and even though I had some apprehension, she made sure to talk me through the process and I was in LOVE with my final product. Definitely would recommend.

Andrea is an excellent designer with outstanding work ethic. She was heavily invested in understanding my vision and suggested many creative ideas. The outcome exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to start another design project with her.

Went well. Andrea has a good eye and great ideas. I wanted colorful but natural and she nailed it. Easy to work with and thoughtful. Would definitely use again.

  • UnComplicated Designs LLC
Andrea is wonderful. The spaces she creates are not only beautiful but feel cozy and inviting. She has great attention to detail and is honest with her opinions. For example, I showed her a rug I liked, but she noticed it had triangles in the pattern that would show up more in person and look southwestern. I didn't notice the triangles at all. She showed me a more subtle, with less defined shapes that she thought would go much better with my home. Although that may seem small, when you are in the thick of a renovation, you get tired of making choices and overlook things. Overall, Andrea is amazing. She will not disappoint

Erica was excellent! She knows what she is doing, and we liked how she integrated our possessions into the plan. Communication was great, responsiveness too. We may hire her to advise us on decorating our new place!

  • EZTransitions, LLC
EZTransitions is a company that you need for the unusual situation where a lost loved one forces you to prepare their home for sale. I used EZTransitions initially to remove 50 years of clutter to prepare the house for sale. However, I quickly found out that EZTransitions was able to do much more and I ended up using them to not only clean out the house, but to also perform minor repairs on walls and floors, paint many of the inside rooms, replace tile, clean rugs and floors, clean windows and screens, polish woodwork, etc. In general they prepared the inside of the house for sale. I had other contractors that took care of plumbing, electrical, the chimney, and the landscaping. But EZTransitions covered the gap of everything else that needed to be done inside the house. It was a big job and it took a few weeks. However, for a very reasonable price, I was amazed at the quality of the finished product. I had a team of contractors and the realtor working on the house with EZTransitions. Communication and cooperation amongst them was very effective. EZTransitions was a critical piece of my team to prepare the house for sale. I would heartily recommend them to others

  • Staged to Sell Homes & Remodeling Ltd
Wonderful! Lisa helped to transform our home prior to sell and we were able to sell extremely quickly at full price. Her suggestions were absolutely innovative and interesting, hit the target for drama and elegance, and really did sell the home, in my opinion. She also helped me with expediting carpet and other remodeling services that I was having trouble getting done quickly and reliably on my own and coordinated affordable professional photography for my listing. I wish I knew her sooner, as her partnership was priceless and I could really have used her help on other projects. I actually wish I had talked to her when I first moved in. I am moving out of a perfect home now!!

  • Staged & Styled
Met my expectations and more. The realtor funded the consultation, and they arrived on-time with the primary designer and an assistant. The consultation was honest but gentle, and helped me to realize that I was not "almost" moved out, as I thought I was (I read about removing your own items in every article and every Pinterest post for years, but in real-life knowing it wasn't the same as seeing it in my house. Things had become invisible.) I was also not convinced I needed to paint, especially given how much work it would be, but slowly I caved by the end of the walk-through and agreed to paint (a lot). Staged & Styled made some changes and suggestions during the consultation appointment that, alone, improved the presentation of the house. I took copious notes, and it was clear that they were considering options as they went. After the consultation, they said a proposal would come to me after the weekend, but it came sooner, by email. It had three "Options" or tiers of staging, with lists of items and their costs. Each Option had a cost ranging from $1700 to $2400, with a monthly fee for the second month and on for as long as the house needed to be staged. I chose the most comprehensive option. Scheduling and staging happened quickly, and I rushed the painting to beat the staging date. The staging final product turned out to be jaw-dropping - to me, to the realtor, to my family, to friends, and to people who saw the photos online for the listing. It all had one set of colors that coordinated, incorporated a few pieces of my own belongings. Realty webpages show multiple rooms at once, so various rooms having similar colors becomes very obvious. One of the rooms, I'd been trying arranging for many years and was happier with Staged & Styled's version than with any of mine. When the listing went up, there was a lot of traffic both in person and on-line. It is difficult to tell exactly why a house gets an offer since timing plays a role too, but I can say there was approximately 7 hours from the listing to an offer, and online likes and saves for weeks with the beautiful staging pictures. De-staging was equally painless, as Staged and Styled worked while I was not there, and left the house at least as clean and neat as before they got there, probably cleaner. All along, Kim responded quickly, answered questions, and communicated clearly. I'll admit the cost was higher than I'd imagined at first, but I reasoned that a price drop after a few months on the market is usually bigger than the cost of staging, and the ease of having the house so beautifully ready for presentation was worth a lot, especially since I put so much time into painting and moving out and didn't have much energy left for do-it-yourself decorating. Overall, I would highly recommend both this type of service and this particular provider
  • Homes Aglow
My first contact was Adriana who was at a home that I had listed. It was a beautiful home but need de-cluttering and staging. Adriana spent two or three days preparing home. It was sold in three days.
