It exceeded my expectation . The contractor also complimented her work saying she had an excellent eye for color and design. She offered creative solutions and leveraged the insurance claim so high quality solutions could be implemented in a timely fashion and within budget.

Came out for a consultation first. She spent a lot of time listening to me. She worked in my budget and did what we needed to do to get the house sold. She came the day they dropped off the furniture and told them where to put it. very impressed and happy with the service.

My husband and I purchased a new home and I needed help choosing paint colors. I wanted to use a grey in the living room/ kitchen area but I wasn?t sure of the exact shade. The color Andrijana suggested is not a color I would have chosen on my own but it is absolute perfect! She also recommend colors for other rooms and accent pieces that would tie the rooms together, as well as furniture and décor arrangement. If I would have tried to pick colors myself I would have spent a lot more than $100 on paint samples and corrective paint colors. Andrijana was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her!

Andrijana did a beautiful job with my house! She initially came over to get a feel for the house and talk through her ideas. Once I signed on with her, she took charge of arranging for the furniture, purchasing necessary decorative items, meeting the furniture company when they delivered the furniture, and got the house set up for showing. When I reached out to her, she quickly responded and had the answer I needed. Andrijana was also thoughtful about privacy. She was over once when I had workmen in and needed to discuss pricing. She appropriately ensured that she would not be heard. I was very impressed by that. My house sold in two weeks, and I absolutely attribute part of that to Andrijana! In fact, I've shared with a few people that I would love to have her provide ideas for the house I'm in now. Too bad I'm so far away! (The price noted here includes furniture rental for one month.)

When we downsized, we took our furniture, rugs and art with us. Andrijana was able to work within the constraints of having these existing objects to create an interior that was at once beautiful and comfortable. She was careful to take our preferences into consideration, then applied her creativity to a cohesive and appealing environment that has drawn many compliments. And, her staging of our house helped sell it in a week.

Andrijana is fantastic, and I would recommend her to anyone considering hiring a home stager or decorator.  A couple years ago, she staged a home we were selling---it was so beautiful when she was finished, to the point that I regretted not making any of these changes sooner, so that we could actually enjoy them! Our house sold very quickly, in a terrible market, thanks to Andrijana's work.  When we purchased a new home recently, I called her to help me redecorate.  She listened to what we had in mind, she stayed within our budget, she was responsive and professional through the entire process.  She chose paint, window treatments, lighting, furniture---and as we approached the end of our budget, she used what we already had in the house to rearrange and make things look fresh and new.  She is the absolute best--I have worked with other interior designers, and working with Andrijana is like working with a trusted friend.  I am already looking forward to working with her again on upcoming home improvement projects!

Homes Aglow is an all around top-notch design firm. Andrijana was professional, prompt, and creative in her approach to helping us with the renovation of our two bathrooms. She chose the perfect tile, paint, and fixtures for the style of our home and to our taste. She also acted as liaison between us and our contractor, and her knowledge of construction (plumbing/electric, etc.) is evident. A pleasure to work with!

Andrijana was quick to respond to my email sent to her via angie's list. She gave me price and we were able to set up a convenient time to meet. We spent two hours together and she gave me excellent ideas on how to finish some of my rooms with accent pieces. We spent time on line looking at examples and she had some ideas she forwarded to me after.
Her style was very much like mine. I will certainly hire her again for future consultations or design work.

Andrijana did a wonderful job staging our house. Definitely helped usfeel much more confident in our home working with her. We loved what she did and she worked great within our budget. Our house looked the best it had since we moved in and it sold in less than 3 weeks!
Andrijana came over for a walk through and gave us a write-up of things we could do ourselves and also a quote to have her do the staging for us. We chose to have her do the staging. Andrijana installed items that she purchased and also used some of her own items to complement the items she purchased for us. She was great to work with and we would consider using her in the future just to help us decorate. We were very impressed with what she did on the budget she did it for!

The results were exactly as she said they would be.  Despite
a difficult real estate environment in an inner ring suburb, we had ten showings
and sold our house within 3 weeks of it being on the market, with an
offer $10,000 above the price even Andrijana thought we would get for the
home, and about 15% more than similar homes in our area are currently selling
for.  Andrijana was there through the entire process, ready to answer my
questions, enquiring on our progress, making recommendations, and taking a
personal interest in our success.  I cannot recommend her more highly.

She was very knowledgable and informative.
We are looking forward to working with her on our future projects.

Homes Aglow does excellent work. She is prompt, neat, has a lot of experience and expertise, and very professional.

To understand this review, you need to understand that my wife and I have very little in the way of visual artistic skills.  As such we tend to second guess ourselves and usually end up arguing in a circular fashion anytime we repaint a room.  After our painter had primed the basement (it was a Friday) we knew we had to select and purchase the paint by monday.  About 6pm or so my wife and I started our usual circular paint scheme argument.  Realizing this was going nowhere, I decided to call Homes Aglow and head off this destructive (often expensive) pattern.  I placed the call about 6:30pm on a Friday, and specified I was having an interior design "Emergency".  Andrijana called me back about 8:30, it turns out she was visiting relatives and out of town.  However, she was more than willing to work remotely, and with a few digital snapshots of the basement space and some of our other rooms, she was able to get to work.  She gave us some beautiful color groups to choose from the following morning (Saturday) and we had everything taken care of by Monday.  We couldn't be happier with how this experience went and on any future interior re-designs, decorations, or staging we'll be calling Homes Aglow before we begin.

In an attempt to upgrade the great room, I needed help.  I could not imagine how it would look with the furniture I had at that time.  Homes Aglow answered the call and came to my home in a prompt and professional manner.  I relayed to her what I was willing to do - painting the walls, new flooring, new  sofa and arrange other items in the room.  She gave me helpful suggestions.  I did use some of her experience.  She did a follow up.

Andrijana was extremely professional and provided a lot of helpful tips.  We went through every room and she provided good advice.  She also provided ideas on what colors to paint the outside of our home.  Our daughter is getting married at our home in June so I have informed Andrijana that we will resume our projects after the wedding.

Andrijana and her 2 assistants did a wonderful job.  Andrijana came to my house a couple of weeks before the install to get measurements and discuss options.  The day of the install took about 3 hours.  She installed the window coverings, weatherstripping, and rearranged a heavy piece of furniture along with many smaller things.  The items of mine that were not used were neatly put away in another room.  I love the result.  The room looks put together and feels bigger because of the better arrangement.

Andrijana was very professional and warm in her approach.  She listened to my plans for updating the home and we discussed my color/style preferences and budget.  She shared her knowledge of the trends in newer homes and what changes would be most advantageous for a future home sale.  At the same time she gave me ideas regarding changes to the exterior painting (which I had not considered) and mentioned local suppliers for updating lighting/window treatments.   She walked through the house giving recommendations for furniture placement/window treatments and updates to bathroom lighting and fixtures.   After obtaining my permission, she did take photos of the rooms.  I felt Andrijana kept my budget in mind and also accommodated my desire to obtain my own professionals to complete the work at my own pace.   Her consultation was typed up and submitted to me with the details of the changes we discussed, including specific paint colors and some photos of decorating ideas. 

I was very pleased with my experience with Homes Aglow and will be continuing to work with Andrijana as the project progresses.

I have enjoyed working with Andrijana and look forward to completing this project with her.

She was very professional and easy to work with.  She worked within my budget and respected it.  There were a lot of things she wanted to do that were originally outside my budget but she was able to find a way to make it work!

The results were very impactful. A friend of my visted and he commented on the granite countertop. I had to remind him that that had been installed in July of 2010 and that he probably did not notice it because the rest of the kitchen looked like crap. The countertop reals 'pops' (which is great considering how much I paid for it) thanks to Andrijana's color selections. I look forward to re-hiring Andrijana for my next project.

As a local painting contractor, I have seen her work on many occasions and will recommend Andrijana of Homes Aglow to everyone I meet!!!

She has a really nice, warm personality.  She presents her ideas in a very gentle way and encourages you to do things so you can sell your home.  She is in-tune with current decorating trends so people will buy your home.  She is also very creative.  I didn't have to spend unnecessary money to decorate, but rather used things I already had to make my home look good.  The only things I really put toward the project was for painting, a coffee table, decorator pillows and some bathroom accessories.  She's also sensitive to the fact that I was putting money into a home I was about to sell, but reminding me of the big picture.  My home sold within 5 weeks!
