Wonderful! Lisa helped to transform our home prior to sell and we were able to sell extremely quickly at full price. Her suggestions were absolutely innovative and interesting, hit the target for drama and elegance, and really did sell the home, in my opinion. She also helped me with expediting carpet and other remodeling services that I was having trouble getting done quickly and reliably on my own and coordinated affordable professional photography for my listing. I wish I knew her sooner, as her partnership was priceless and I could really have used her help on other projects. I actually wish I had talked to her when I first moved in. I am moving out of a perfect home now!!!

I live out-of-state and inherited an almost 40 year old condo that had never been updated and was owned by a heavy smoker. Lisa returned my emails and calls promptly, and we set up a time to meet during my next trip to Ohio. During our initial consultation, she calmly took what was an overwhelming task for me and came up with a solid plan for what needed to be done to get this home transformed and ready to be sold at top dollar.
A couple months later, and with excellent communication all along the way, I was looking at pictures of a gorgeous property that I no longer even recognized!
Besides the fact that she is so skilled in what she does and knows exactly what catches the attention of buyers, she is just a wonderful person that is so easy to work with. She also has a large network of excellent contacts that were able to solve other problems for me, such as liquidating the contents of the home and getting it listed.

Lisa at Staged to Sell Homes was a pleasure to work with. We were
selling a house on the lake and felt we had a small window of
opportunity to work with before the snow would start to fall. The house
did not flow easily from one room to the next. Lisa made the empty house

Initially, I charged Lisa with and quot;waving a magic wandand quot; to make my house current and attractive to potential buyers (with minimal involvement on my part). She stressed over and over that staging and decorating are two very different things. The experience is not what you see on TV with an amazing and quot;overnightand quot; transition but is a gradual, progressive process involving a lot of hours and hard work - especially for the bigger renovation projects. The experience was sealed with a deep cleaning by a professional crew to make the house shine (and remove all the construction dust).
While I struggled with some of the decisions (mostly involving color selections), the reality is that Lisa knows the trends and hot colors. The house slowly transitioned away from my specific tastes and colors into a palette that was more current, warm and neutral.

Staged to Sell Homes and Remodeling was recommended to us by our real estate agents. This was our first experience staging a home. The furniture and layout that Lisa Basham chose looked terrific and we're fairly certain that the presence of this furniture contributed to the quick sale of the house.

My husband and I hired Lisa to stage our home for resale. She came through our home and made recommendations for staging. Because we had a set amount of money that we were wiling to spend, Lisa happily made the necessary changes to conform to our budget. Lisa did a wonderful job with our home. She was able to repurpose a lot of items in our home. She also purchased new things, replaced some carpet and painted a few rooms. And the transformation is amazing. I'm still finding things that she repurposed, and I'm thinking, and quot;Wow, that looks great thereand quot;, or and quot;Why didn't I think of that?and quot; Both Lisa and her assistant, Kathleen have such an amazing eye and attention to detail. And she and Kathleen are two of the nicest people that I have ever met. My home flows great and is so warm and inviting. Were I not moving out of state, i would definitely hire Lisa to stage our new home. I highly recommend Lisa for your staging needs.
