"Tricolor charged 3 times what the original estimate was. They removed two stumps and filled areas with soil and added seed. Both areas sunk down 8 inches over a few months. I called them twice and they were supposed to get back to me to look at it but I never heard back. I had the job redone by Perfect Touch Landscaping. Tricolor should have packed the soil at the time but didn't, therefore, the areas probably sank because of the tree root gaps below. Tricolor should have known that and added extra soil. They should have at least, returned my calls or come back out to add soil and reseed. They're nice people but I believe they are inexperienced in some areas. They did a good job of cleaning out the landscaped areas. I just wish Francisco would have"

Despite some personnel turnover, working with their landscape consultant (an architect) we were able to craft a plan that met our needs and budget. Blossom was able to navigate a rigorous approval process dictated by our HOA and City. With approvals in hand, Blossom's crew, headed by the capable Cruz, went to work and transformed a rough graded lot into what we had hoped for. Once started they came in on time and within budget. At Cruz's suggestion we made some changes involving rock walls that increased the original budget but was money well spent. We also added some landscape lighting that was not in the original budget. The crews and subcontractors (irrigation and lighting) were professional and communicative. Blossom will benefit from additional management depth as the recent turnover affected communication during the planning and approval process and added to our stress as we raced to get the landscaping completed prior to the end of the season."
