I can't say enough good things about Reflection Mobile Detailing. They exceeded ALL my expectations. Kenny was responsive, friendly and thoroughly professional from start to finish. He picked up and dropped off the car exactly on time, fantastic communication and follow up, and the work was remarkable. He turned yellowed, dim, downright dangerous headlights into like- new condition. I don't often gush about service providers because I feel good service should be the norm, not the exception. But when someone provides gush-worthy service, I'll gush.

Kenny Hinds (the owner) did a super job. The detailing was done for the inside and outside of the vehicle. Kenny pays a lot of attention to detail and it shows in the finished product. He has a mobile unit which enables him to do the job at your residence or you can have it done in his shop. All in all, he's really professional, personable, and will give you a quality job for the money.

I recently purchased a 2014 Chevy Volt that just came off of a lease. Absolutely love the car, but it had fine scratches all over the exterior: very noticeable. I'm a car guy, so those scratches taunted me every weekend at wash time.? Looked here for someone to do a paint correction. Found Reflections here, with very high ratings. Those ratings are well deserved. He was able to remove almost all the scratches, aside from a few on the hood that were through the clear coat. Nothing but a repaint will fix those. Kenny was very professional, courteous, and bottom line...made my car look fabulous. Highly recommended.

Very pleased, one red spot by spilled gatorade is almost out - but I already knew that wasn't going to come completely out - BUT Kenny didn't hesitate to point it out. Before he left, we already were talking with him about detailing our other care. Worth the investment. Great guy!

Kenny did a great job. He actually switched his schedule up so he could get the car done by the time my wife came home from a trip out of the country. He was timely and very professional. Kenny is one of those people who loves what they do and it shows in the quality of the job he delivers. He completely detailed the car inside and out including the engine compartment. The service included cleaning the seats, shampooing the carpets, cleaning the windows, treating the leather, shampooing the floor mats, clay barring the exterior, buffing out some small scratches in the paint and sealing the exterior. In addition, he cleaned the engine compartment to the point that it looked as though the car had never been driven.

Kenny Hinds is the owner. He does the work himself and the end product is excellent. Auto detailing is not cheap, but you will get your money's worth from Kenny. The exterior work included car wash, clay bar treatment for deep cleaning and scratch removal, wax/shine body and chrome (or treat plastic/rubber surfaces), wheel and tire detail, and complete window cleaning. Interior work included vacuum and steam clean carpet, clean and disinfect all interior surfaces, clean/treat leather seating and trim, cleaned all windows. I also asked him to clean the foggy, semi-opaque headlights and they came out clean and clear. The work is very detail-oriented and it shows. Kenny's shop is in Loveland, but he will also come to your home and do the work there.

My car looks absolutely amazing; it looks brand new. Kenny was professional, courteous and hard working. I cannot say enough good things about his service or him. I would use his services again and will recommend him to anyone. The service cost more however than other detailers I look at using, however they did not have the reviews this company had and therefore I called Kenny. Now I can understand why.

I am a returning customer to Reflections and I have to say I am pretty disappointed in this experience. The website says that interior details start at $175. I was very surprised to then be charged $250. I asked about the discrepancy because when I used them last, my car was the same size and same condition. His explanation was that was a few years ago and prices go up. I feel like not being upfront with the deviation in pricing beforehand is very dishonest...especially as a returning customer. I won't be calling again and will not recommend Reflections to family and friends as I have done in the past. Save time and money and go to Froggy's in Mariemont where they are explicit and upfront with pricing.

"I would like to apologize to Mrs. [Member Name Removed] for not communicating our current pricing since it was 3.5 years ago that we last did any service for her. She called to schedule an appointment, she was quick on the phone and didn't ask for any pricing information. She also failed to mention that she had moved since our last appointment 3.5 years ago? I first travel 40 minutes to Milford, to then have to travel 45 minutes to where she currently lives? While very inconvenient, she was non apologetic for sending me nearly and hour and a half out of my way that morning. When we previously provided service to her, she drove a small SUV (Saturn Vue). She currently has a mini van with small children and dogs! Being that the mini van is much larger than the Saturn, there is a price increase for the size and condition of each vehicle we do. There is also a price increase when there is extra time taken to rake dog hair. However, I didn't charge her for the extended travel time that morning, or the extra time it took to vacuum out the dog hair. I simply charged her the same price we do everyone who has a mini van. If I, being a small business owner did not raise my prices according to inflation and cost of living over a three and a half year period of time....I would be out of business! Our website states that an interior detail starts at $175.00. Depending on size and condition, that price will increase. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was actually charged $225.00 plus tax, which came to a total of $240.75. Not the $250.00 she previously claims. As a service business, we are obligated to charge sales tax. Otherwise, I would be "dishonest" to the state of Ohio. I do not intend in anyway for this response to sound rude, but wanted to state the facts. I have realized that as a business owner, while you try to please everyone, there will always be a small percentage of people out there who will always find something to complain about....."

They coordinated continuously with me. They called in advance. When the weather was bad, they offered to take my vehicle to their indoor shop. They did and my car is now clean as a whistle. Kenny Hinds, the owner, did an excellent job.

Outstanding. I contacted Kenny by phone and he set up a time to meet me that same day. He finished my car in the timeframe he said he would. My car looks just like it did in the show room and it is almost 5 years old. I am amazed by the job he did. He cleaned the interior which included steam cleaning all carpets and even the headliner. He applied Armor All on dash, doors and event the rubber floor mats (everywhere that needed it). The exterior was detailed and waxed as well. Tires and Wheels look Great.
I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend his service to anyone.

The 4th time we have reached out to Kenny for his services and he continues to impress. He spent about 5.5 hours bringing back our 2005 4Runner to its previous glory and we're always happy with the result. The details are not missed with Kenny's work and you can trust for a good result when complete.

Relections appeared right on schedule for the appointment that was established the prior week and immediately got to work on the project.
When finished the interior looked almost showroom clean and shiny. He applied the shiny conditioner to the leather as it was so beat up, and it looked absolutely terrific when completed. All the dirt, beverage spills and mess had been removed.
The floor mats were brought back to life dispite having two holes in front by the driver. At least they were now clean and had the color restored.
All of the crud under and around the seats was removed and all areas cleaned and conditioned.
The headlight lens were now clear and one could actually see the bulbs inside. I couldn't believe how well they restored.
I would highly recommend Reflections for any car for detailing inside or out. His work is without compromise.
Plan on about a week's wait as he does such a great job and is so popular, your booking time should be considered.
