Remarkable. Competent. What a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this company. A man named Golden came and fixed everything that needed fixing and described what he was doing while doing it. He taught as well as fixed. Who could ask for more?

I talked to Golden, the tech guy/installer from Hasproz on the phone and he gave me an estimate for the work I wanted done. He was very easy to talk to and when he arrived for the install he explained exactly how it would be done and walked me through it. He discussed with me the best placement of wall outlets for RG6 cabling and the new phone line because while I do not have my HDTV wall mounted now, I am considering it for the near future and wanted to make sure everything would be in the best location for later modifications. He did an excellent installation. He correctly measured to make sure wiring would come out in the right places and was careful that even the basement wiring was as hidden as possible. Whenever there was an option about how something would be done, he asked me my preference. When he was finished he reviewed everything he had done and explained what I should tell the satellite dish installer. I now have well placed wall jacks to plug in my TV's and computer phone line. It ended up being a lot more work than anticipated but he stuck by his estimate. I was extremely satisfied with the work and would definitely use them again. When I'm ready to wall mount my HDTV, it's Hasproz that I'll be calling. Prompt, courteous, friendly and a nice clean install. Highly recommended!!! Note: On the day of the install he arrived during the scheduled time period and phoned ahead to tell me he was on his way and exactly when to expect him.
Update: 4-26-11
After the installer left I noticed a problem with the face plates not sitting flush to the wall. I called him and he said it was an easy fix and it would be no problem to correct but he needed to order some parts and we set up a day to have the problem fixed. He never showed up or called. I finally called him and he said he would come in the evening. I said OK because I wanted it finished. He never showed up or called. I tried repeatedly to contact them for a few weeks after that but the phone was always busy no matter what day or time I called. i also e-mailed them and received no reply. I still feel this should be fixed and I will attempt to contact them one more time. 

Technician was professional,punctual ,explained the procedure and answered all questions. Unfortunately we did not provide the right equipment and he was very nice about setting a new appointment at another convenient date. service was prompt and of quality. We are very satisfied with it.

How do you get a 46" LCD over a fireplace and a 32" LCD installed on another wall, both with the wires hidden? You call HasProz! I had called around and found out that installation can be quite costly. I decided to go with HasProz because they seemed more reasonable. I was very nervous on how the job would go. Never fear...HasProz is here! The technician arrived on schedule. He was very professional and went right to work with the installation. He definately knew what he was doing and finished installing a 46" LCD over a bedroom fireplace and a 32" LCD on a different bedroom wall. Both TV's had the cable and electrical wires hidden in the walls. What I thought would be a dredded experience turned out fantastic. I recommend HasProz for anyone who is looking for a company to install their LCD's in a professional, timely and cost efficient manner. Great experience!
