John returned my call on the same day and scheduled my service for the following morning. He arrived on time, was pleasant, efficient, and informative. The new cable was neatly fastened down to the roof and carefully tucked into the seams in the siding. Beautiful job. Although my antenna is very old he determined it is still working well and there was no need for a new one. It was the perfect service call.

Overall, went very well.  I spent a little more than I would have liked, but they did a great job between the three of them.  The antenna itself seems of good quality and is smaller than I imagine it would be.  The local channels come in great, but I'm pretty close to downtown Chicago, about 10 miles west.  The guys were very courteous and took their time explaining things to me.

John arrived about 15 minutes late because of fog in our area. However, he called me on the way to inform me that he was running late and would be arriving shortly.
After he arrived, he wanted me to try a full channel scan using only the attic installed antenna. He confirmed my problem. At that point, he asked for the instruction manual for the antenna. He read it briefly and went into the attic to inspect the antenna. After a few minutes, he descended from the attic and informed me that the antenna had been installed upside down. Since he wasn't familiar with this antenna brand, he wasn't sure it would make a difference but recommended that he install the antenna in the proper orientation.
He spent about 15-20 minutes up in my attic reinstalling the antenna. When that was finished, he asked me to complete another channel scan on my living room TV. At that point, the antenna worked as advertised. I was able to receive all of the local Chicago stations!
At that point, I asked John to reinstall the signal splitter I had removed as a debugging measure. That allowed the signal to be received by my kitchen TV as well. We rescanned the channels on that TV and did just as well. I wasn't expecting to pick up any long distance signals (Rockford/Milwaukee). I simply wanted to pick up all of the Chicago channels. John did make a custom coaxial cable for the kitchen TV since the supplied cable was very flimsy.
He did offer to run a coaxial cable outside and create a jack so I didn't need to run the thin coaxial cable across part of my floor. However, I was concerned about my homeowner's association reaction to that so I declined the offer.
I realize some people might look at $150 for about an hour's worth of work and be shocked. I looked at it quite simply. It allowed me to use the antenna I had already purchased and previously had installed. Compared to paying Comcast for monthly TV service, John's bill was microscopic. Now that the antenna is working, I don't anticipate needing to have it repaired in the future. Since it's in my attic, it shouldn't be affected by the weather. I also realized that I wasn't going into the attic to try to diagnose the problem. Having the problem finally resolved was well worth the money.
I'd definitely use John again if the need arose.

John is your man for antenna installation and cutting the cord with cable/satellite.  I had been looking for a while to find someone to install an antenna, but couldn't find a provider until I found John.  John knows the area and what antennas work best for each house.  He is very responsive, was exactly on time, and saved me money by keeping the old antenna mount.  He found the best antenna for my tricky situation (on the side of a hill), peaked the antenna, and then waited to make sure everything was correct as I installed my new TiVo box.  His cost is very reasonable, and he is very personable.  I would highly recommend John for any antenna or TV work that you need done.

John was courteous and helpful right from the git go. He gave me the option of supplying my own TV's or he could get them. He was vesy helpful in helping me design the three systems for the best visual and audio experience.
I have used ABT twice in the past. I will never use them again. John was able to drill, and conceal the wireing where ABT was not able to do so. His work is clean, true, and level. He installed new electric outlets and cable wire connectors with the true
precision of a professional. Very, Very clean. I have two receiver, disc player, vhs, combination surround sound systems and he showed me where the last installer did not have the sub woofer connected properly. Wow, did it sound great after it was done right. I have alreadt given his name to a friend of mine who used him and was delighted.
He's a real pro who knows his stuff and maked it look easy.  And he's reasonable! Doesn't get better than that.
Great Job. We are very Happy with Net 1.

John was wonderful.  He came out the day I called to give me an estimate, i had already purchased an antenna but decided to go with the one he offers.  He was able to install the next day, even took down my old dish which was on the roof!  Unfortunately, my tuner was out on my TV so he came back the next day with an external tuner to confirm everything was working.  I had questions a few days later, he promptly returned my call and answered all questions.  Not many people giving service like he did!  I would recommend him with out any doubt!

Provider did an excellent job.  Was courteous and friendly.  Price was comparable with other services I called.  Contacted me right away and was able to fit me in that week.  Antenna is able to get everything that was promised and some more.  Neatly installed the antenna in the attic and ran the cable to the basement.  Secured the cable and the entire homerun.
Excellent job, would use again.

Brian and his crew installed a HD antenna on my garage.  Some technical difficulties arose and we couldn't get the signal, but Brian and his team quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and completed the job after several hours.  That said, the signals for two of the stations (Fox and ABC) are intermittent, and I've asked Brian to stop by to check those stations and possibly tweak the antenna position.  If he follows through, I will rate NET 1 as Good to excellent.

I used them about six months ago.  They did a really good job.  There were some technical problems not from them but from the situation and they did a good job resolving everything.  They were very helpful and spent quite a bit of time more than I expected in getting everything setup.  They did a nice job cleaning up as well.  They actually called me back a couple of months later just to make sure things were still working.

Our TV reception on several channels had become unavailable.  We guessed that our directional antenna had shifted as a result of some of our recent storms so that it was not pointed at the correct angle.  We called Brian in the morning and he was able to have a crew out to our home the same day.  They confirmed that a new antenna was not required, made the necessary adjustment in the direction, and secured the antenna.  They did a great job.  They were able to respond quickly.  We would definitely use them again.

I consider their price to be very good; I had three guys for three or four hours and got the job done.  I thought they were pretty reasonable.  It was right after the big snow storm and they even took their shoes off every time they were walking around.  I'm going to use them again and I just called them last week.

Highly recommend. My wife and I would hire them again. (1) They gave us a free estimate for the rooftop antenna installation. Other companies we contacted wanted to charge for the estimate (as much as $50). (2) They supplied everything necessary to get the job done (antenna, antenna mount, cable wire, etc) and had it all ready to go the day of the appointment. (3) Everyone we dealt with at Net 1 was professional and very pleasant. (4) They gave us a fair price and were true to their estimate cost. (5) The owner, Brian, gave us a follow-up call to make sure everything went well and that we were happy. FYI - We located them on the Service Magic website where there are tons more excellent ratings for Net 1.
