Our car is a GMC Acadia and the other one that my husband takes over there is a Buick Centurion, an old one. They are fine about helping us with both. The good thing about them is that they are courteous, and it is a nice place to go. They seem to do a good job before I ask them to do, so I don’t have any problem with that. They haven’t done anything bad at all with our vehicles or anything like that, and they have always taken good care of them. It is just that, when we have given them the vehicles to see what is wrong or what may be wrong, to me it seems like they come out that something is worse with the car than may be wrong with it. Then we have taken it some place else and it seems like it is something relatively minor and the other place has fixed it for a lot less money. I don’t know whether they are going with the worst case scenario or what they are doing. We haven’t actually taken the car in to use Big Deal things because it costs too much. I think the price is fine on routine maintenance. A check engine light came on a few months ago and we went and had it checked with them, and they said that they would either have to rebuild the engine or get a new one in. We told them that we didn’t think so. There really hasn’t been anything wrong with the car and it has been two months later now and the check engine light does cycle on and off, but the vehicle seems to be working okay. It may turn out that somewhere along the line, the whole thing will stop and we need a new engine, but it is fine for now.
