He was really good. He is very knowledgeable. He came at the right thing and the product is going again. Our house was built in 1957 so it’s not really easy for him to find things for our appliances. He came with all the parts and did the extra shopping. He ended up travelling around to get the pieces that we needed. I would recommend him as very conscientious. His father passed away. He is the son and goes by the same professional name. The cost was within reason. We had no objection to it. We felt it was fair and he explained it all quite thoroughly. He came promptly. I would say he did over and above the expected service, the fact that we have a very old situation. He had our old appliances. He had to go out of his way to find the parts that we needed. He did not complain. He came back quickly with them. It was fun, nice and conversational.
