Description of Work: They re-roofed our house, including stripping old shake shingles and asphalt shingles, and minor carpentry. They did a good job; Showed up when expected, finished on time, cleaned up thoroughly, came back promptly to make minor adjustments when requested following post-job walk-through.

Description of Work: This company replaced my roof in 2002. Ever since the roof was replaced I have had a small leak into my dining room wall and along the ceiling in the dining room. My roof suffered hail damage in 2013 and I needed to replace to roof once again. I contacted this company hoping that with a complete reroofing job, they could find and repair the areas where water was getting into my dining room. I asked this company if they would bid the job and they responded that they would. Anyway, months later, I have still not received a bid from Knutson nor have I received a call back or explanation as to why they did not want to bid the job. I was hoping that by redoing the entire roof, they could make amends for the 2002 replacement that leaked constantly. Jeff Knutson is an honest person and he has an excellent rep in this town but for some reason, he did not want to redo and repair the job he did in 2002.
