First of all Andy was really good at translating our needs into the services that we needed. He assured us that it would solve the flooding problem we had in the basement. He provided us with a written estimate of the work to be done before the work was to be done. The craftsmen who performed the workmen were very competent at all the work that needed to be done. As the jobs needed to be done over a week they were always prompt at arriving at the time they said they would be here to start or continue the job. The workers were friendly and always ready and willing to answer any questions we had. The completed work was very nicely done and the job site was left clean.

it went very well. He gave us feedback that showed true interest in getting the best design that works for us. In the homes he had built, the finish work was amazing. The homeowners had nothing but praise for his work.

The response from when I contacted them to when the job was performed was excellent. I was expecting it to be at least a week and it was only 2 days until the job was finished. The technician who did the job was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He also cleaned up the area when finished.

We called Andy and asked him to meet us at the property. He came with an associate to help. He gave good recommendations and has been answering questions steadily via email about building a home as I am out of state. He's agreed to show us some homes in the area that his company has built. We are very impressed with his professionalism so far.

Excalibur is an excellent company with a very talented crew of workers, carpenters, sheetrockers, roofers. Andy was very responsive and professional. The work was done well and in a very timely manner. Got my renovation project back on schedule. I would definitely call them again.
