Project management really bad.
Too many stories and excuses.
Too many half-truths.
High prices on everything.
Projects intentionally dragged out.
Too long to finish everything. Everything was stop'n'start and stop'n'stop.
Took advantage of owner's absence from site.
Doesn't understand the concept of customer service.
