Description of Work: Poor service I gave them a number of chances to correct the issues and they didn't correct them. I found a new service provider.

 + -1 moreThey arrived early, and were very pleasant, and helpful in helping me to get through the door so I could go through my stuf, and throw out all the was not needed. They also washed the walls, and vaccumed the carpet when they were done.
Description of Work: Cleaned out spare bedroom, washed walls, vaccumed, and helped to consilodate "stuff" in the room

Description of Work: I have not used American Maid in several years. I retired and decided that I could not afford a cleaning service. They were great about working around our schedules. I needed them to come early & be done by noon. That was never a problem & I really appreciated that. My only complaint was that I seldom got the same people twice. Everyone has certain things that they want done in their home. I got so tired of going over & over it. Little things like lamp shades and chair backs do not rest against the walls and the showers need to be thoroughly rinsed so they are not slippery. Again it was never anything major I just did not like having all those different people in and out of my house and having to repeat myself every other week.
