The house is a story and a half with a bonus room upstairs. The project started out well but deteriorated half way through. The crew was inexperienced and craftsmanship was poor. The owner of Ace Builders Inc. was not on the job site towards the end of the project and quality of work suffered. When confronted with problems/issues, it was always someone else's fault or issue. I (home owner) spent several weeks repairing and correcting deficiencies, i.e. reinstalling windows that were initially installed incorrectly. Subcontract work post framing, i.e. sheetrock and fascia/soffit, have been difficult due to poor framing practices. No, I would not recommend this contractor.
