We had recently bought a new home. Our yard was nothing but dirt and rocks. On the advice of a friend, we contacted Sweetwater Lawncare. Was very pleased that they could handle all the aspects of our yard project, and the estimated cost was below our expected budget. One day before the project was to start, I got a call from them. They had finished another job early, and wanted to know if they could start one day early on ours! Wow, a contractor who actually keeps a good schedule and calls to inform you of changes! So, they started a day early. Tilled up the entire yard area and dug trenches for the sprinkler lines. One day. Next day, they laid the lines for the sprinkler system and as certain zones were complete, they were laying the sod and the blocks/pavers. Needless to say, they finished early. Two days early, to be exact. So if you look at the time, you'll see a difference of one day in the expected time. That pleased us, but not as much as what they did next. They removed an entire days labor from the bill! We expected to pay the amount of the estimate, as that amount was stipulated in our contract. What a pleasant surprise!
All during the project, all members of the crew were very polite and looked to be well groomed. Very professional looking too in the same uniform. I plan to hire them to maintain our beautiful new lawn!
