Carpet Installation
ARS had all the water from our flood cleaned up within 2 hours and our entire home completely dry within 2 days. Because ARS was so fast to take action, we did not have any personal item loses. They saved our home! The people that work for ARS truly care about the people they help. If you live in Rock Springs, Wy and have a water or fire issue, call ARS as they will treat your home as it it was theirs. Amazing customer service, follow up and easy to work with billing and insurance.

Carpet Installation
The provider rarely follows through on time and sometimes not at all. They told me that the job would take 4-5 months. It is now going on 6+ months and they barely started repairs to the home. The cost to me and my home is so much more than the simple monetary cost. Someone I know called it emotional torture.
In addition, they left my roof uncovered and open to the elements for over 2 months (so far…it is still uncovered and being rained and snowed on). It has totally ruined my hard wood floors and plaster ceilings, soaked my attic (timbers & all of the other structures in the attic), and even has begun soaking my support timbers in the basement. On two occasions, I have filed a complaint with their home office in Utah and their only action was to send an email to the manager in Rock Springs.
I have not gotten my things back yet to inspect them for damage and missing items. However, when they were packing up my things I discovered brand new items that had never been used and could have been laundered in garbage bags headed to the dump. I complained about that and it continued to happen. I had to go out to the dumpster and cut the bags open to retrieve anything that should not have been thrown away. (and since I have a fractured hip and use a cane,…this was not easy). On one occasion, I found an entire rubbermaid drawer in there with all of it's contents…including expensive unused light bulbs and plumbing tools. These had not been added to the damaged out list either.
Almost every time that They tell me that they are going to come to work, they do not do so or call to tell me that they won't be coming.
My mortgage company requires certain paperwork to be done. I gave the contractor a copy of the letter stating what his responsibility was for that in November and asked for the paperwork to get done asap or he would not get paid by them. The paperwork was not forthcoming. I asked for it every time I saw any staff member (which was not that frequently because they rarely show up to work..), called him, sent him email after email, and even sent an email to the main office. It took over 4 months to get anything from them and even then it was not complete so the mortgage company has withheld payment.
And even with all of this going on, they showed up to my door last Monday wanting me to sign a very large check for 'contents'. When I told the manager that I would not be signing it until they finished the job, my things were returned and I had the chance toi inventory and inspect my possessions for damage, he tried to argue with me about that. Saying that he had not been paid anything yet. I took the opportunity to remind him of his failure to get the required paperwork in for payment.
They are not a good company! Do not trust them with your home or you well-being!
An individual that I took into my home to see the damage and to act as a witness said that she was just sickened by what was happening. A neighbor called it criminal. Another one that does contracting type of work says he is amazed and stupefied by their behavior and complete lack of professionalism.
