Called for an appointment on a Friday for a water leak in my basement. Set up the appointment for Monday morning. Left work and no one showed up. Called and no one answered. Left message asking for a call back and did not receive any communication from them.

They arrived looked at what the job would take, came back the next morning got it all done in a little over an hour. Very polite and knowledgeable about their work.

The hot water tank was purposely installed wrong without proper venting.
When the heater would not stay lit I called and called with no response
from them I contacted the manufacture of the tank about the warranty and
was told I had to contact A and G to come and check it. They would
not answer the phone or return my calls. My family was carbon monoxide d
2 times due to the improper installation of the water tank. I had to
hire another company to replace the hot water tank at a cost to me of
1600.00. These people are very dangerous. We were very lucky to survive
this ordeal.

They come and get the job done. The only thing is, they leave a mess. At least they come and do it. They seem reasonable. They come when they say they will. They're professional. They come in and do the job.

They were by far the lowest bid and they didn't mind that some of the volunteers that started this didn't help finish but they stepped in and finished the job at a reasonable price. They were very timely and they were really good! I used them at my house as well and they did a really good job with that also so I gave them a good tip.
