Lawn Irrigation
Service tech did not turn off water main as is always done. This spring when water entered our system, the open main valve flooded our driveway & lawn. The intense water pressure also removed mulch and perennials from a nearby flower bed. If we had been out of town, this would have resulted in flooding the drainfield of our septic system. This is the second negative experience I've had with this outfit.
