They seemed very nice and knowledgable. They looked at all the plumbing in the bathroom and it looked jerry rigged, which I could see for myself and agreed with. They said it seemed like it wouldn't be too big a job and took measurements and everything so they could be me an estimate on a shower and a full tub. The problem is I never heard from them again. I even called back and left a voicemail asking for the estimate and no one ever called me back. It's fine if they are too busy right now, but at least call back and tell me that!
