When they started they estimated that it would take about 2 weeks. They said they would take everything off a shelf, clean the shelf, clean everything on it and then put it back. Six and a half weeks later they finally finished. While everything in my house is cleaned, a large portion of it was just piled in my living room. Even furniture that was downstairs was upstairs. My laundry detergent was in the living room. They hardly put anything back in the room it belonged and certainly not back on the shelf. We have a brand new dining room table with a new, custom piece of glass on it. We had used the table for about 5 weeks before the fire happened. That glass is now all scratched. When I called the owner about it he immediately said that there was no way they did the damage. My husband owns a glass shop, so we know how to work with glass and we certainly didn't scratch it. They had piled all kinds of stuff on it, first in the dining room and then again in the living room where it was covered with stuff when they were finally done. He said he would come look at it and discuss it with me, but when I called him all he did was yell at me bad not let me talk. He is being paid by our insurance company so I don't know how much they charged. They were never there before 9 and were usually gone by 2:30. We have also have things we can't fine, we are missing a light from the kitchen and the living room lights don't work at all. Unfortunately they are the only game in town. :-(
