We had a water pipe burst during freezing temperatures and it flooded our kitchen when we were out of town. We had only owned this house for 2 months when this occured, the kitchen was the selling point of this house for me, due to the holidays, it was difficult to find anyone to do the work, let alone get a bid or proposal. When I found out Steve did this kind of work I contacted him and his wife and they came within 2 days to give me a proposal and they started the work within the week. Steve recomended an electrician for lighting issues. The work has been exceptional and after 2 months and 2 weeks, I finally have my kitchen ceiling and lighting back!!

The job went well. They took off all of the old shingles and replace the tar paper and new shingles. The only bad part was a miscommunication, was supposed to also do shed but didnt. When the shingle packages were placed on the roof they knocked some stuff down breaking a few things. Steve did try and make up for it though. All in all a very well done job. Quick.
