POWELL VETERINARY SVC

The doc (not Lyle, an associate) took lots of care to make sure both cats were thoroughly checked out. Needed to get several meds for the old cat, and ear mite lotion for all of them. Sadly, the old cat died the following week on Saturday.  I called to see if I could bring him in to be euthanized, thinking he might be in pain, but he passed shortly after my call.  Even the woman on the desk was as helpful as could be, and very sympathetic.
Lyle and his associates have been my vet for over 10 years.  Most of the time, it's barn calls for my horses, but they'll check the little critters too if necessary. They are most reasonably priced, and all are or have been very compassionate individuals.  They've seen me thru many trying times.

It was really good. I always use them. We own a ranch so we use a several different vets but Powell is our main one. They're really good with small animals too. They're cheaper than just about any other vet in the area. They're very reasonable. They're the most reasonable vet in the area. They've been my whole life and my parents have been using them for at least 34 years. They're pretty close. They're good people. The only thing I could comment on is I wish they had more phone lines. The only problem is getting a hold of them sometimes because they only have one phone line and there's a lot of people calling them all the time.

I have used Powell Veterinary Services (or at least Lyle) for at least 20 years. They are honest, reasonably priced, and very compassionate and willing to go that extra mile to help out an animal. It hasn't mattered if I had to call at 2:00 am, I was called back and not made to feel bad about i I even took my pet rat in for a tooth trimming! My parents have gone to Lyle, so I continued with my own pets. I've had to use other vets once in awhile, but they just haven't compared to Powell Vet.

We have 3 dogs and a cat and live causes numerous misadventures that require immediate attention from the vet, these guys always manage to fit my girls in when necessary. They allow for payment plans for services and they have the lowest prices in the area. Great care at a reasonable cost.
