At the beginning there was plenty of communication. Owner was friendly and engaging, and we were so grateful and relieved to have had them recommended to us. Sadly, that waned after a couple months on the job. Progress slowed, then communication and contact stopped abruptly for months at a time, multiple times during the process, during each break jobs that had been performed started to break. I have spent weeks trying to get issues solved only to be ignored and sent a bill with the threat of a lean being placed on my home if it isnâ t paid. However, multiple attempts to discuss a 5,080.00 typo error on the bill have been ignored. Messages have not been returned, apparently attempting to run the clock down as to be eligible to place the lean that is being threatened. Making the professional aspect of this business nonexistent, questionable, and underhanded. According to BBB this company got its license in 2021 through Colorado and they do not have a BBB rating, though they state on their website the business opened 15 years ago. I feel bullied and deceived. I will never employ them nor recommend them.
