He plumbed in the shower head about 5'8" off the floor of shower. Ceiling height in the bathroom is 7'. Would have had to duck to even use shower. Also during that install we provided him with a brand new in box delta fixture to use. He said it was missing parts and charged us for a new off-brand valve assembly that was shiny chrome and plain instead of the brushed nickle and matching fixture handles of the one that belonged. We ended up cutting out all his plumbing for the shower head and had another plumber come complete the plumbing and he also found the o-ring that Aspen Mechanical forgot on the correct valve assembly and got that working for us. Aspen did refund us the cost of his replacement valve. We had also had Aspen Mechanical order us a jetted bathtub for our other bathroom t the same time. It arrive later and come to find he ordered the tub so the pump would be on the outside wall and not the inside for future service if needed. We called and asked him to order correct tub and he pointed us to his supplier. Call them and they refused a refund or exchange so now we are stuck with a tub that if we have to service in the future we will have to cut a hole on the outside of house to fix. Nothing this plumber did was quality by any means.
