WESTON COUNTY TRUE VALUE HOME

Have had bad customer service everytime I have been in the store. This particular time we weren't purchasing anything, but my wife's vehicle broke down in the parking lot. Three of us were parked next to the vehicle trying to get it running again and the owner/assistant owner came out with a rude attitude wanting us to move the "extra vehicles" from the front of the store, basically because weren't "paying" customers at the moment. I would not recommend this store unless a last resort situation until their customer service improves.

Weston County Home Center is not only a True Value Hardware store but also the local lumber yard. It is a smaller store but John and John and their staff can provide you with any type of hardware or building material you might need. They had a garden center and a great selection of trees this year. They will do anything from cut keys to sell you a complete house package. They are good people to work with and I will grade them highly.
