Description of Work: No actual services were performed other than those of the sales person I was dealing with. I was looking for a thermostat and was immediately shown the exact one I was searching for. I had just left another store and was told "this is what we have and that's about it." They did not have the proper item but Frontier did!! Frontier immediately arranges for someone to help when you walk through their door. They are courteous and polite and try to the best of their abilities to provide you with the item or service you are seeking.

 + -1 moreThis is one of the friendliest stores in Newcastle. Randy and Sandy and their staff are extremely accomodating with every question and transaction I have had with them. If they don't have the answer, they will research it and get back to you within a short time. Randy is one of the most knowledgable lawn and garden experts in the area and will gladly share his knowledge to assist you however he can. They are the most completely equipped hardware store in the county selling everything from nuts and bolts to animal feed. They are the only appliance dealer, as far as I am aware, and sell most of the major brands and also have rentals of various types of equipment available. I would highly recommend that you visit them for any home, ag, hardware or appliance need you may have.
