LOVELL VETERINARY SVC

My family and I have a boxer mix who has terrible ear allergies and is pain quite a bit. We have taken her to Jane on a number of occasions and have been very impressed every time. This particular time, my dog was suffering more than usual so I called Jane at home and she met us at her clinic in the later part of the evening even though she was already home and the clinic was closed. She did a general check-up and determined that once again Izzy (the dog) had ear infections again. We have tried several different treatments over the years and Jane gave us another ointment to put in her ears and see how that worked. It was great that she took time away from her family to look at Izzy beyond regular business hours (she didnt even charge us extra for the and quot;emergency calland quot;). The ointment works wonders for Izzy's ears, we have to put them in about once a week. Even though it takes time and Izzy hates us messing with her ears it is sooo worth it to have her out of pain and able to sleep and play without her ears affecting her all the time. She was great at working out payment arrangements as a vet bil is not one that is typically in my budget on a regular basis. I would and have recommended Jane and her crew to people I know and I am pretty sure they are pleased with her services as well. GREAT JOB MISS JANE!!!!!!!!

Since it was only to pickup medicine, I go when it is good time for Jane and her crew. But she has gone up to the clinic even in the evening after she has closed to take a look at one of our pet. She is the BEST!
