The stove is not lighting again and when I called and spoke to them they said they'd call back with a solution. They never called. I finally contacted the stove manufacturer directly to try and troubleshoot. They stated a potential problem and told me to have the dealer contact them for assistance. When I told the dealer he said the manufacturer doesn't know sh@! and he would call me back after they listened to his line of BS.
