They showed up slightly ahead of time, were quick and courteous -- they even took less time than I was expecting! I had to do some vacuuming afterward, but they did their best to keep the mess contained. It took a little while to get the appointment scheduled, but when I did they were here in 2 days. We'll see how much difference it makes come winter, but I am impressed and will call them again if we need any other insulation work done.
