No only was the staff extrmeley professional they were overly helpful and couteous. I was extremely impressed by their willingness to go above and beyond what was required of them to help me out.

An idler pulley bearing had burned out and the shaft had sheared off.
They didn't have the part in stock, but found it locally and had the car
done the same day.

Great experience.

The service department are professional in that they try to professionally sell you extra services that are not needed. Their pricing is exorbitant and you really have to be prepared to stand your ground and shop around for pricing. If you are knowledgeable about the service being done and the true price of materials, the service manager may cut you a deal, but true to dealership service, they are trying to get back the money you saved when you brow beat their sales department on the purchase of your vehicle. I will shop around to other mechanics more highly rated on this website, I am tired having to argue over value in the services provided.

I have been using McCarty Honda Nissan for twenty years. Their service department is really consistent. They are very good mechanics. They have fair, honest, dependable service. I will continue to use them. I can trust them.

We purchased a year-old Honda Fit. The deal on the Fit was very fair and the sales people were helpful. The Honda Fit is a great car that is now four years old. It is a very low maintenance auto, is fun to drive, and gets extraordinary gas mileage. The dealership service people are some of the best and are easy to work with. We have taken our other cars there for some repairs as well.
