Excellent! Ketts quickly figured out why the car was acting the way it was and repaired all damage by the day after I brought it in. The damage was caused by service from another service provider and I couldn't have received damage claim payment from them without Ketts backing up my claim to the 3rd party company that sought payment for me. Ketts thoroughly checked the car over for the damage cause, repaired all damages, and stuck by me nearly 2 months after my car was done and repaired with me still asking questions to report to the claims company. I highly recommend Ketts to anyone!
