it took some time, but they got the job done. had a couple minor glitches, but he came over the same day that i called both times and fixed it right away... no more problems

Contacted Kalcon to do some simple electrical work due to power outage problems. I was not given an estimate on basic charges.
Company sent out 2 electricians, when only one was needed. One did the work while the other employee stood around and watched. The watching employee was foul mouthed and did nothing, letting the other employee do all the work.
When I got the bill I saw that I was charged for both employees, when only one worked while the other watched. I called Kalcon and was not treated with any respect. I asked why I was not given an estimate upon calling and told that I had to request an estimate and that they did not give basic hourly rates.
This company is not worth your time nor your money. They overcharge and are rude when you challenge or request information.
