Extremely efficient, from answering my initial questions to diagnosis to repairing the problem. They got it in late on Thursday, and had it repaired by afternoon of the next day.

The skid plate was removed, the large dent was repaired, and the skid plate was reinstalled (my husband also had some other work done on the Jeep while it was in the shop). We have used Jones Auto ever since it opened for business, even when it was located on 3rd Street as part of the Exxon Station near I-80. It services a wide array of car brands. The owner, Tracy Jones, is very honest. Obviously, this is a highly desirable trait in the auto repair business, and one that can be hard to assess without a long history of business with a particular repair shop. So for any newcomers to Laramie, I'd highly recommend that you try Jones' Auto Shop.
