Job was completed in two days, workmanship was first rate, aJob was done with little to no cleanup on our part, and price was reasonable for work performed.

They were awesome. They're very friendly and the price they charge is really reasonable. When I called them in the morning they were there that afternoon so it's really a prompt service. The guy that helpe me was Joe and he was excellent.

Their technicians are always very nice and on time. The only thing is that they leave without telling you that they're leaving. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. They also clean up after themselves. I've had a few plumbers come by and leave all of the parts on the floor...not these guys.

Sewer replacements are always a mess outside in the yard, so I can't say that it was anything more than I expected. I have never had them compact the soil and did that myself over a year's time, but I would definitely ask that in the future. The bathroom re-plumb went fairly well. Everything lined up well and installed without hassle. They were very helpful in helping to determine the nature and extent of the work that we wanted done and that needed to be done. The most significant issue was coordinating between DOE and the handyman doing the work. Progress was slowed because DOE did not get out to the house for several days. Although, I have to say that this is the first time in all the times I have used this company that timing was an issue.
