Was available right away and was very prompt. Unlike other inspectors we talked to, he didn't have a problem with us following him around and asking questions as well as indicating things we wanted particular attention paid to. Having the report online made it very easy to pass around and look at whenever and where ever it as convenient.

This is a very new company, so there are still some bugs he is working out. He is very friendly, and invited me to go along with him as he went around the house. He pointed out items that need attention now, as well as things to watch for over the next 10 years. He was very open about what he knew and did not know, he recomended I consult other professionals about my specific heating system and electrical wiring for example.
