carpet installation

Owner/estimator retired right before my job. They lost the design for laying the tile in my entryway. Failed to be informative about points in the contract about being prepared for the installers, i.e. removing appliances where tile was going to be placed, removing wood where carpet was going to be tucked under, nailing down areas in the flooring where it creeks when it's walked on & prepping areas for carpet layers to put carpet down as old carpet is removed. They hired unprofessional installers. Tile installer didn't put a sub floor in to take care of warping. Tile was installed on linoleum and moved a lot. Glue has come up through the grout & continues to. Some areas weren't finished properly & grout is standing on the tile. Carpet layers were sloppy & had to come back to fix areas. I sliced my fingers cleaning the edges along the baseboards on the tack strips where carpet was laid. I had to vacuum & clean areas to prep for carpet. I was scheduled for carpet before Christmas & didn't get it until afterward due to installer's van having bald tired & not being able to get around town. I asked the supervisor to come & look at the job the installers did as I was unhappy with the quality of the job & I don't feel that the situation was rectified.
Description of Work: They were accommodating with samples. They had a pretty good sale. Made a good plan for the entryway & gave a good estimate.
