My unit went out almost two weeks ago. We called him and he sent a service man out here. They determined that it could not be fixed. The owner called per my request and said that we were out of a warranty. From that point on I asked if they would help us with train and he said he would call us in a couple days. He never called and wont answer phone or messages. They said it could be fixed with a $600 part.
