Appliance Repair
They were communicative and they followed up with me. However, they were not able to help me because they don't service the kind of appliance I have although they tried.

Although he was unfamiliar with this particular brand, Asko, Mike did a thorough inspection of the machine, called the manufacturer, and within 2 weeks was back with the official part. Turns out it was a simple fix. This is a personable, professional, and knowledgeable service man; I will use him again.
