I contacted JLH this spring, which has been especially rainy. They responded the next day and provided a free estimate for the work. After several days of off and on rain, there finally occurred a relatively brief period when they could safely get on the roof: they showed up promptly and got the job done in one afternoon. I chose JLH because they performed the same service two years previously on a different area of the roof, and since then, that area has had no further damage from high winds: the work they performed then was also handled very promptly and professionally.
